  • Professional Bid Calling (clear, accurate, understandable)
  • Professional Ringmen (professional bid spotters)

If you are like many organizations, you might be asking yourself how you can afford to hire a Benefit Auctioneer? If you consider all the components that make up your event - entertainment, venue, caterer, decorations, etc. - the auctioneer is the only one that will, time and time again, increase the amount of money you raise at your event. Unlike other expenditures that will make up the budget for your event, a professional Benefit Auctioneer is an investment that will pay back dividends in your fundraising efforts. There are many traits that you should consider when comparing a volunteer auctioneer or bid caller to someone who has industry-specific training to help you make the most of your fundraising event.

Entertaining - The main goal of your event is likely, as it should be, to raise the most amount of money for your organization so it can accomplish its mission. However, it is critical that in the process of raising funds, your staff, volunteers, and most importantly your guests are presented with the opportunity to enjoy themselves and have a good time. We work hard to ensure that they are entertained and are in a jovial and giving mood, which helps raise money at this year's event and leaves them looking forward to next year.

Educated - We recognize the importance of honing our craft through education. Tony has obtained the Benefit Auctioneer Specialist designation from the NAA. Less than 1% of the auctioneers in the nation hold this designation, which recognizes those who have completed specific training and exhibited expertise specific to this field, as well as completing the necessary continuing education to keep the designation. We attend meetings such as the Benefit Auction Summit held in San Antonio in September of 2010, as well as state and national conferences where we meet with other specialists in the industry to stay current on trends and hot ideas.

Professional - We understand that we will be representing your organization as we stand with you on the stage. As such, we are committed to to projecting a polished image that will be consistent with the values of your organization. Guests and volunteers will be treated in a courteous and friendly manner, offensive humor and language will be avoided, and we will not consume alcohol prior to or during your event.

Experienced - Benefit auctions have been our focus many years. During this time we have learned many tips and tricks which add $Dollars$ to your bottom line. In addition to the increased revenue, there is the added bonus of processes and procedures which can make things run smoother, translating to an event that is easier on your organization and more enjoyable for your guests.
